Transportation Week 2024

For millions of people around the world, transportation is a lifeline – to jobs, education and opportunity. But the way people and goods move is also a significant contributor to climate change. As the world reaches for solutions, many are looking to the transport sector for answers that ensure a more livable planet.

Transforming Transportation 2024 will be an in-person experience organized at the World Bank Headquarters in Washington, DC, on March 19-20, 2024. Financing is a core theme of Transforming Transportation 2024, which will bring together global leaders and transport professionals to explore how all stakeholders can mobilize resources for greener, safer, resilient transport for all, particularly in low- and middle-income countries.

In addition to the core forum days on March 19-20, there are several additional events during the week that transport professionals are welcome to attend. For more information, click here.
