Africa Communications Week Conference 2020

Africa Communications Week invites you to join the conversation at this year’s virtual conference for communication professionals with a focus on Africa’s current status and future outlooks. This year’s conference will take place on May 25th (Africa Day) and runs until May 29th. The theme is “Lead from the front – communicating in unprecedented times.” Registration is free, be sure to secure your spot today.

As expected, COVID19 will certainly be in the conversation as it has irrevocably changed the way we live every aspect of our lives. As the world adjusts to a new “normal,” developing nations are experiencing this pandemic’s effects to a greater degree than developed nations, and still pushing forward. It’s time to change the narrative regarding Africa’s post-pandemic prospects. With every crisis comes opportunity for greater innovation and advancement. We hope this conference will inspire a fresh perspective to the world about Africa and its people; at home and across the diaspora. But most importantly, a renewed sense of pride for Africans to imagine and build towards a brighter future for the continent.
