Afrilabs Capacity Building Awards: Winners Showcase

The Business Incubator Program, an initiative of Recycle Up! Ghana contributes to creating a robust circular economy in Ghana where all resources are effectively used to maximize impact and bridge the gap between Ghana’s youth unemployment issues and waste management crisis. The project is sponsored by the AfriLabs Capacity Building Program (ACBP), funded by Agence Française de Développement (AFD) through the Digital Africa Seed Fund.

Recycle Up! Ghana (RUG) Business Incubator program led the 2nd cohort of the program, constituting 11 incubates of eight (8) business teams in an Objective Key Results (OKRs) training session.

The virtual training was held on the 22nd of January and introduced the participants to the Objective Key Results (OKRs) framework and how to develop vital and smart goals for their teams. The training was facilitated by Rahim Shaibu, the Executive Director of Recycle Up Ghana.
